The first time I met Dr. Rolph was a few days prior to my surgery. I just felt so comfortable and I knew right away that she has that caring personality, very knowledgeable, experienced and I have never seen such a very clean and neat surgical scar as what she’s done on me.

I found Ms Rolph to be very experienced in her field of work. She made me feel very positive about my upcoming surgery, and talked me through the procedure, which l found refreshing. Rachel is an asset to the Breast Care Services, she is approachable, she listens, and involves you in all decisions. I cannot thank her enough for all her care and and follow up care. As l previously said, she is a great asset, and l would not be anxious if l ever needed breast surgery again!

Ms Rolph was professionally sensitive from the moment we met. She introduced herself as Rachel followed by her position as a consultant. Rachel was immediately likeable and friendly and, instantly put me at ease. Throughout the consultation she explained everything she was doing. Her explanations were concise and easy to understand. I understood all that she said and was extremely happy with her knowledge and expertise. Rachel also gave me time to discuss my concerns and problems following previous surgeries and worries I have about future treatments I might need. Following my scans, the same day, Rachel came to see me again to talk through what the scans had shown and what was to happen next. Thank you Rachel and all the staff at the Princess Anne Hospital for making my visit such an easy and pleasant one.

I was so reassured by Miss Rolph and have complete confidence in her.I was a fairly anxious patient to start with but I hugely valued the time she gave me and manner in which she explained what would happen and why .Sometimes one is lucky enough to be referred to just the right person.This happened to me and it made a serious situation so much more manageable.Miss Rolph took great care of all aspects including before during and after the surgery ,I felt in such safe hands .A blend of kindness and professionalism that is rare to find.Such an important job done absolutely brilliantly by Miss Rolph.
